Delivery at Overlake Medical Center

PLEASE confirm that the patient has not been discharged prior to purchasing on this site (NOTE THAT WE WILL BE CLOSED SATURDAY AUG 17th and 24th, so no deliveries will be made on those days).  Please feel free to call us directly at 425.688.5303 and we would be happy to assist you with your purchase. Patients that are in ICU are not allowed to have flowers or plants.  However they can have balloons, stuffed animals and an assortment of gifts. Orders placed for delivery to patients, staff, or physicians located within the Overlake Medical Center campus will not incur a delivery fee.  

Orders are not accepted for delivery or shipping to any other locations or addresses.

Returns with receipt

Purchases of non-perishable products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund in the original method of payment.

Returns without receipt

Purchases of non-perishable products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund at the current sale price as store credit.

Returns of perishable items

Returns of perishable items, including food, flowers, and plants, will not be accepted.
